New Age Metals has identified five priority drill targets following a 2026 geophysical survey at the Mustang Zone of its 100%-owned River Valley Palladium Project, approximately 100 kilometres east of Sudbury.
The 3D induced polarization survey covered about 4.3 square kilometres and represents the first systematic geophysical work completed across the 4.5-kilometre Mustang Zone since 2002.
Results identified six geophysical anomalies, labelled RVM-01 through RVM-06. Several are viewed as shallow-to-moderate depth targets that could be associated with disseminated to semi-massive sulphide mineralization.
The survey also identified two new chargeability trends outside the currently known Mustang Zone. One lies south near the interpreted footwall contact of the River Valley Intrusion, while another is southwest of known mineralization.
New Age Metals Chairman and CEO Harry Barr said the survey successfully detected known PGM-copper-nickel mineralization while identifying new areas for follow-up work.
The company plans ground checks, geological mapping and further target ranking ahead of future drilling.
New Age Metals cautions that the anomalies and proposed drill targets are interpreted exploration targets and do not yet confirm mineralization.
