Police need public assistance with theft of Boat, Motor, Trailer & Generator

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in relation to stolen items from a vacant property.

On March 17, 2024, members from the Nipissing West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft at a property on Deer Lake Road, West Nipissing.

Sometime between March 12-13, 2024, an unknown person(s) attended a secured property and removed the following items:

  • Black Shoreline trailer with Ontario marker H50 997, with a large rock guard affixed
  • Aluminum boat which was on the trailer
  • 40hp Honda outboard motor
  • Honda generator
  • Homemade trailer, with Ontario marker E90 60V, which contained a large plastic container

Officers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual(s) involved in the theft or possession of these item.
