OPP SEEKING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE WITH THE THEFT ON CHURCH STREET

(WEST NIPISSING, ON) – Nipissing West OPP is seeking the public’s assistance in a theft investigation.

On June 13, 2023, shortly before 7:30 a.m., members from the Nipissing West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft of property from a residence on Church Street, West Nipissing.

Sometime on June 13, 2023, between 5:30 a.m. – 6:30 a.m., two unknown persons enter a secured property, by cutting the chains and then removed an Aluminum Brake (metal bender) from the property.

The two suspects were wearing dark clothing and drove off in a white mini van.

Officers are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the missing property and to identifying the persons involved.
