Algonquin Highlands will soon become the newest rural Ontario small-town municipality to switch to a four-day work week.
Beginning in March, the cottage region will follow in the footsteps of the townships of Zorra, Aylmer, Springwater, and French River, which all recently implemented similar measures to improve work-life balance and recruit and retain employees.
