Superior Court dismisses Application from Police Services Board

On November 14, 2018, the Municipality of West Nipissing received the decision by the Superior Court of Justice Divisional Court, that the Police Services Board’s application for judicial review was dismissed.

OPP confirmed that intake and disbandment will take place in February 2019. The Municipality will continue its progress to support Council’s decision.
